Canadian Open 2013 Results

The fourth biennial Canadian Open was held this past weekend at the University of Toronto, which saw 120 competitors attend.   Harris Chan came out on top in the 3x3x3 final with an average of 9.07 seconds, maintaining his title as Canada's champion in every Canadian Open ever held.  A truly remarkable feat.  Bill Wang, having not competed in almost a year, finished in second place with a 9.66 average.  And rounding out the top three was Louis Cormier with an average of 10.22 seconds.

The event saw a number of records broken.  We had 7 different National Records set.  They were:

All competitors received a gift pack that contained a canadianCUBING backpack, Canadian Open t-shirt, Rubik's Pen, Rubik's stress ball, Canadian Open pin, canadianCUBING water bottle, and Rubik's lanyard.
