There are several options for lunch. The campus plaza takes about 5 minutes to walk to from the SLC building. There are many restaurants, including Subway, Harvey’s, Campus Pizza, William’s and several more.

There is also a Tim Horton’s located in the Student Life Centre, right beside the Great Hall. Feel free to bring your own food and drink to save costs. We will stop for half an hour for lunch in the middle of the day.

Cubing Out Loud will be at the competition selling puzzles and other speedcubing related items. Additionally, they are offering their Pick-up Program for this competition, where you can purchase online beforehand and pick up your order in person to save on shipping. See their FAQ section for complete details.

The Pick-up discount code for this competition is CO2015.

Cubing Out Loud is the sole vendor at this competition. No other vendors are permitted for this event.

canadianCUBING will be hosting a free pizza party for competitors and their guests at the end of the scheduled events on Saturday night. We'll be serving a variety of pizzas, including vegetarian.

Please refer to the parking lot information located here for parking costs and how to get to the parking lots nearest to the SLC building.

There are nearby accommodations for those out of town guests. St Paul's University College (STP building), which is a 5–8 minute walk to the SLC building, offers hotel–style guest rooms for 1–2 people at $95 per night.

Additionally, for individual or small groups of cubers that are coming from out of town, we may be able to arrange for you to stay at one of our local cubers' houses. Contact us to let us know, and we will put you in contact with some of the willing cubers.

We require a number of dedicated people to donate their time and efforts to these competitions. We need scramblers and judges for every round of every event. It is a great opportunity for parents, siblings, friends, or anyone else that wants to come and be involved but does not want to compete yet. We will provide training the morning of the competition for those wishing to help out. It can be a lot of fun. It is not difficult, so don't be afraid!

For anyone that volunteers and helps out for an entire competition, we will act as a reference if you wish to put this on your resume or college application. We will also sign any high school volunteer hour sheets provided you work the entire competition. But you must arrange this with us before the competition. Contact us here if you plan to help out.
